Group Report Calculation
This guide walks you through how Competency Scores are calculated using weighted inputs from multiple roles and questions—and how they roll up into group-level reporting.
Each Competency Score (like Communication, Leadership, or Problem-Solving) is derived from feedback given across different roles (Manager, Peer, Reportee, Self) for a set of related questions. Each role and question has an assigned weightage to reflect its influence.
The formula for calculating the Competency Score is:

Final score = Total numerator / Total denominator
Final Score = 1014 / 260 = 3.9
Additionally, the weightages for group reports can be customized separately from subject reports in the configuration settings.
Note: Some competencies may appear only in group reports, depending on how the admin has configured the survey.
