Scheduling exit interviews from Employee Reports

You can directly schedule one-on-one exit discussions from the Employee Reports page, making it easy to follow up on feedback shared in the exit survey.

How to schedule a 1:1 from Exit Survey Reports

  1. Go to an Exit Survey → Reports → Employee Reports
  2. Click on any employee’s report to open their detailed survey insights in the side panel.
  3. In the side panel, click Schedule 1:1.
  4. This creates a one-time 1:1 meeting with that employee to discuss their feedback.
  5. Each 1:1 session includes an agenda to plan discussion points, action items to track follow-ups, shared notes to document key takeaways and so on.
  6. You can also schedule a 1:1 from the Exit Survey → Reports → Responses (By Respondents) page

 Note:

  • You can create multiple one-time 1:1s using the same Schedule 1:1 option.
  • Recurring 1:1s cannot be created from here — to set those up, go to the 1:1s module.

Tip

If you open the 1:1s module directly, you can still access the survey details from the context panel, helping you connect feedback with actionable conversations.
