What is considered as participated in a 1:1?

Participation helps you understand how actively both sides are engaging in their 1:1 conversations. ThriveSparrow automatically tracks participation based on meaningful actions taken during a meeting.

A user is considered participated in a 1:1 if they perform any of the following actions:

1. Create an agenda item
2. Check off an agenda item
3. Add an action item
4. Write notes (shared or private)

Participation is calculated for each occurrence of a recurring 1:1 and can be viewed by admins.
