How to View Company Goals

The My Company tab in ThriveSparrow lets you view all organization-wide goals in one place. This view is ideal for understanding progress at the highest level and tracking alignment across departments.

Steps to View Company Goals

1. Navigate to the Goals module.
2. Click on the My Company tab.
3. Here, you will see all company-level goals for the selected cycle.

View Options

• Group By: Organize goals by Departments, Employees, or other available categories to see them in your preferred format.
• Filters:
• • Goal Cycle – Switch between different reporting cycles.
  • Search Bar – Search by goal name or owner.
  • Sort By – Order goals by Recent First, Due Date Last, or Due Date First.

Why Use This View

• Get a high-level overview of the company’s strategic priorities.
• Identify which teams or individuals own each goal.
• Track alignment and progress across the entire organization.
