How to Choose Another Goal Cycle During Goal Creation

When creating a goal in ThriveSparrow, you can select the goal cycle it belongs to. This ensures your goal is tracked within the correct reporting period.

You can choose or change the goal cycle in two ways:

1. From the New Goal Panel

1. Click New Goal.
2. In the goal creation panel, locate the Goal Cycle field.
3. Click the dropdown and select your desired cycle. 

2. From Quick Add

1. Open Quick Add to create a goal.
2. Below the goal title field, click the calendar icon.
3. From the dropdown, select the goal cycle you want.\

Setting a Goal Cycle from the Listing Page

• On the listing page, you can change the selected goal cycle.
• Any new goals created will automatically inherit the cycle you’ve set in the listing page.

Note:

• Goal cycles are created by your Admin at the start of the period.
• You can only select from cycles that already exist in your workspace.
• Only goal cycles that are marked as Active by the Admin will be shown here.
• If you don’t see the cycle you need, please reach out to your Admin to have it created or activated.
