How to Duplicate a Goal
Duplicating a goal is a quick way to create similar goals by retaining the same parent goal and its supporting tasks.
Two Ways to Duplicate a Goal
1. From the Goals List View
- Locate the goal you want to duplicate.
- Click the three-dot menu (...) next to the goal.
- Select Duplicate Goal.

2. From Within a Goal
- Open the goal you want to duplicate.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Select Duplicate Goal.

What Gets Duplicated
- Goal title (you can edit it after duplication)
- Goal description
- Key results or tasks linked to the goal
- Assigned goal level (you can change it if needed)
- Parent goals
Note: Participants, progress updates, and comments are not carried over to the duplicate.
Tip:
Use duplication when creating similar goals across teams, departments, or cycles — it saves time and ensures consistency.
