Filters in ThriveSparrow help you focus on the exact set of goals you want to view — whether you’re tracking personal goals, team progress, department-level objectives, or organization-wide OKRs.

You can apply filters in My Goals, Team Goals, Department Goals, and Company Goals tabs.

How to Apply Filters

  1. Navigate to Goals and select your desired tab (My Goals, Team, Department, or Company).
  2. Locate the filter bar at the top of the page.
  3. Click on each filter (Goal Cycle, Reportee, Group By, Sort By, etc.) to make your selections.
  4. The page will automatically refresh to show results matching your filter criteria.
