As a Manager or Department Head, you can view the goals of your team members or department members in ThriveSparrow. This helps you track alignment, monitor progress, and get a clear view of how your team is contributing to organizational objectives.

Steps to View Team or Department Goals

  1. Navigate to Goals → My Team.
  2. On the My Team page, you’ll see the goals of all your direct team or department members.

Filtering Options

You have two ways to filter and drill down into your team or department goals:

Filter by Reportee Type

  • Direct Reportees – Employees who report to you directly.
  • Indirect Reportees – Employees who report to your reportees are called Indirect employees.
  • All Reportees – Displays all direct and indirect reportees together.

Group By Options

The Group By filter lets you organize how goals are displayed:

  • Employees – Shows goals grouped under each individual employee.
  • Departments – Displays goals by the departments you manage.
  • Goals – Lists all goals from your team members in a consolidated view.

When you filter by Employees, you can view each team member’s individual goals in detail, giving you a clear view of their contributions and progress.

When you switch to the Departments view, goals are grouped by department, allowing you to see each department’s goals clearly. This view is especially useful for C-Suite leaders or middle managers who have team members from multiple departments in their reporting line.
