Pulse Survey Frequency Configuration

In this detailed guide, we'll assist you in setting up Pulse Survey Frequency parameters to ensure a smooth survey creation experience.

Setting Up Configuration:

• Start by heading to the Configuration section
• Simply go to: Surveys > Create > Configure
• Click on the Set Frequency button under the General tab to start setting the frequency for your pulse survey

Setting the frequency:

• Choose the number of times you want to run the survey
• You can also decide whether you want to run it monthly, weekly, or daily.

Setting the date and time of your survey:

• Choose your start date by clicking on the Choose the Date button
• Set your start time by using the option right below the calendar display.
• Once you're finished setting the date and time, just click the "Done" button.

Choose the ideal day and week for your survey:

• Click the Choose Week drop-down to select the week of the month you'd like your survey to run.
  
• The Choose Day drop-down lets you pick the specific day of the week for your survey to run.

• The start and end dates for your first round will be displayed automatically.
• Once you think you’ve set it right, you can hit the Save Settings button

Setting the Survey Cut-off Date

• Click on the Add cut-off date button 
• A calendar will pop up, allowing you to select your preferred date and time to end your survey frequency.
