Kudos Report Interpretation

Accessing Kudos Reports:

• To access Kudos Reports, navigate to the Kudos module by clicking on the Kudos option in the header navigation bar or by selecting the Kudos tiles on the Overview page. 
• Next click on the Reports tab on the side navigation bar to access the report.

Setting the Reporting Period:

• Before delving into the reports, take a moment to set the reporting period. 
• Click on the marked dropdown menu and choose from the options.
• Select a timeframe that aligns with your analytics objectives.

Summary Section:

• The Summary section provides an overview of Kudos participation. You'll find key metrics, including the                                           

1. Number of active participants 
2. Kudos granted 
3. Kudos received
4. Reactions to Kudos. 

• A line graph visually represents these details. To customize your view, check or uncheck specific metrics based on your interests.

Top Values:

• The Top Values section showcases the most frequently recognized organizational values based on Kudos granted. 
• Each value is represented by a percentage bar. Hover over each bar to see the corresponding value. 
• This insight can help identify which values are most appreciated within your organization.

Top Keywords:

• The Top Keywords section displays the most commonly used keywords in Kudos messages and their overall distribution. 
• Understanding these keywords can shed light on the language and themes employees use when recognizing their peers.

Org Values Trend:

• The Org Values Trend section presents a visual representation of the trends in Org Values shared through Kudos. 
• This bar graph illustrates how often specific Org Values are acknowledged over time, allowing you to track changes in employee recognition patterns. 
• Hover over a bar to view detailed metrics.
