Managing Portal Branding

Learn how to personalize your ThriveSparrow account's appearance with custom branding, reflecting your unique brand style. Follow these simple steps to make your account truly yours.

Accessing Portal Branding:

Navigate to your Account using the top navigation bar. Inside the account, you'll find the Portal Branding button. Click on it to begin customizing. 

Changing the Logo

• To change the logo, locate the image button under the logo section. Click on it. 
• You'll be prompted to upload your logo files. 
• Ensure you have either a .jpg or .png file ready, with dimensions of at least 40x40 pixels. 
• Select your files and upload them.
  

Updating the Favicon

• For the favicon (the small icon displayed in the browser tab), find the image button under the favicon section. Click on it. 
• Upload your .jpg and .png files, making sure they are sized at 32x32 pixels.
