Here’s a guide on how to deactivate employees on ThriveSparrow!

Accessing the People Module:

Begin by accessing the People module through one of the three simple options: click People in the top navigation bar, use the Get Started button, or select the Employees tile.

Navigating the Employees Section:

You'll land in the Employees section of the People module. This is your control center for managing your organization's workforce.

Deactivating Individual Employees:

  • To deactivate a specific employee, check the box on the employee's row and select the deactivate icon.

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear. To proceed with the deactivation, click the Yes, Proceed button. You also have the option to cancel at this point.

Deactivating Employees in Bulk:

  • For bulk deactivation, check the boxes next to the employees you wish to deactivate. You'll spot the deactivate icon at the top bar. Click on it.

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear again. To proceed, click Yes, Proceed and as before, you can cancel if needed.

Deactivating All Employees:

If you need to deactivate all employees, check the box on the header row and repeat the previous steps.
