Redeeming Rewards

Here’s your guide on redeeming your well-earned rewards when you've accumulated enough Kudos points. Let's explore this simple process step by step.

Access the Rewards Center:

• Start by navigating to the Home module. Look for the Rewards Center under Quick Links on the side navigation bar and click on it. 
• If you're an admin redeeming rewards for yourself, make sure to switch to the employee view.
  
  

View Your Redeemable Balance:

• Once you're in the Rewards Center, you can easily view your Redeemable Balance.
• Eligible rewards will be enabled, while others remain disabled.
  

Redeem Your Desired Reward:

Hover over the reward you wish to redeem, and you'll see the Redeem button. Click on it to proceed.

Sending Your Request:

• A pop-up will appear where you can enter Additional Comments (mandatory or not, depending on the admin's configuration). 
• After adding any necessary comments, click the Send Request button, and you're done! Your request will be sent to your approver.
  

Tracking Your Redeem History:

Want to keep tabs on your rewards? Switch to the History tab to view your Rewards Redeem history. 

Initially, the status will be Awaiting Fulfillment, and it will change to Accepted or Declined based on the approver's action.
