Configuring Kudos Leaderboard

This guide will walk you through the process of fine-tuning your Kudos Leaderboard. 

Accessing the Kudos Module: 

Begin by selecting the Kudos option in the header navigation bar or the Kudos tile on the Overview page.

Navigating to Leaderboard Configuration: 

Click on the Leaderboard tab in the side navigation bar.

Sharing Leaderboard Widgets in Slack:

Before proceeding, ensure that Slack is integrated with ThriveSparrow. For deeper insights, click here.

Slack Widget Sharing: 

• If Slack is integrated, you have the power to share Leaderboard widgets in a Slack channel. 
• Simply tick the designated box marked Share widgets in the Slack Channel and craft a captivating introduction Message to post for the leaderboard within the corresponding text box.
  

Emails for Everyone: 

• If you wish to send everyone emails with the leaderboard, consider checking the box marked Send emails to all employees. 
• This ensures periodic leaderboard updates go into everyone's inbox.
  

Setting the Stage:

Number of entries on the Leaderboards: 

• Specify the number of employees showcased on the leaderboard. 

Frequency of posting: 

• Finally, the frequency of posting leaderboards is set - monthly in this case.

Sealing the Configuration Deal: 

Once you've fine-tuned your leaderboard setup, seal the deal with the Update button.
