As a manager, you can request feedback on behalf of your team members to gather well-rounded input from peers, cross-functional collaborators, or other stakeholders. Here's how:
Go to the Feedback module and click Request Feedback.
- In the For field, type “@” followed by your reportee’s name — this is the person you’re requesting feedback about.
- In the From field, type “@” and select one or more individuals you want to request feedback from.
- Add context in the message box — for example: “Looking for feedback on Ethan’s collaboration during the Q2 launch project.”
- Set the appropriate Visibility Settings depending on who should be able to view the feedback once it’s submitted.
- Click Request to send it.
Why this helps: Requesting feedback for your reportees gives you deeper insights into their performance and collaboration from multiple perspectives — making your 1:1s and performance conversations more well-informed.
