The All Feedback tab helps managers stay connected to how their team is performing, collaborating, and being perceived by others. It shows feedback received by your reportees as well as feedback they’ve given — offering a well-rounded view of their impact across the organization.
Use this view to:
- Identify coaching opportunities early
- Recognize wins and address gaps
- Bring richer insights into your 1:1s and performance conversations
It’s a powerful tool to lead your team with clarity, empathy, and real context.
Here’s how to use it:
- Navigate to the Feedback module.
- Click on the All Feedback tab (visible only to managers).
- You’ll see feedback categorized into:
- Received by your reportees – Feedback others have shared about your team members.
- Given by your reportees – Feedback your team members have shared with others.
As a manager, the All Feedback tab equips you with tools to support your team’s growth more effectively. Here’s what you can do:
- Comment on feedback to acknowledge, clarify, or add guidance.
- View existing comments from others to understand different perspectives
- Create an Action Plan tied to specific feedback, so your reportee can work on clear, measurable goals
You can also search by your reportee’s name using the search bar at the top to quickly locate relevant feedback — no need to scroll through everything.
Note: Feedback marked as private (i.e., visibility set to “Only the recipient”) will not appear in this view, even if it involves your reportee.
