Here’s a quick and easy-to-use guide to creating a new Pulse Survey. Let's make it happen with these breezy steps!
Accessing the Surveys Module:
- First things first, head over to the Homepage - Overview page.
- From the navigation bar, click on Engage or select Measure employee pulse card on the Overview page.
Let’s Start a New Pulse Survey:
- You can either click the "Create New" button or go for the "Blank Survey" card with a plus sign. A friendly pop-up will appear, asking you to take your pick.
- Choose Pulse Survey to kickstart your shiny new Pulse Survey.
Survey Title and Setup:
- A little pop-up will greet you, asking for the Title of your survey.
- After naming your pulse survey, hit “Create Survey” to proceed.
Building Your Survey:
- Welcome to the survey builder section – Create.
- Here, you can add sections with a simple click on the Add Section button. Give your section a name and throw in some questions.
- Alternatively, you can tap on the Question Bank button to import sections and questions in a jiffy.
Designing Your Survey:
- In the Design step, you can customize the content, tweak page settings, and give your survey that special touch to make it totally unique.
- Once you’re done, just hit Apply Changes.
Time to set up those rating scale defaults:
- Head over to Set up defaults, where you can configure the rating scale for your survey.
- Click on the pencil icon to customize the measure type to your liking.
Adding a new Likert scale
- Just hit the plus icon, fill in the measure details, and click Save.
- You can even make a Likert scale the default type by checking or unchecking the Make as default type option
- Finally, don't forget to hit Update when you're done.
