ThriveSparrow allows you to calculate the average score for every question in your 360° Feedback Survey. We've streamlined the process, allowing you to delve deeper into your employees' strengths and areas for improvement, enabling more targeted and meaningful feedback.
Let's walk through the seamless steps to achieve this:
Build Your 360° Feedback Survey
Create your 360° Feedback Survey with tailored sections, categories, and questions, either from scratch or by choosing from existing templates.
Navigate to Reports
After crafting your survey questions, head to the Reports section within your survey builder.
Explore Report Structure
Within the Reports section, explore the entire report structure in order. Choose a specific section—be it strengths, areas of improvement, hidden strengths, or blind spots.
Customize Report Settings
Click on the pencil icon next to your chosen section. A new screen will appear on the right side, allowing you to customize report settings according to your preferences.
Choose Question-wise Averages
Under Show Aggregations for, opt to calculate question-wise averages. This feature empowers you to gain insights into each individual question's average score.
Customize Section Structure
Beyond average scores, tailor the entire structure of the section. From cut-off scores to listing order and message content, personalize the section to align with your specific needs.
Interpret Average Scores
As an example, consider an average score of 4 under areas for improvement. Any question with a score below 4 indicates areas for improvement. The final report will spotlight these questions and their respective categories.
Unlock the potential of precise analysis and targeted feedback by incorporating question-wise averages into your 360° Feedback Survey. This enhancement allows for a more granular understanding of individual performance, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
