In this article, we'll guide you through the process of making ThriveSparrow uniquely yours by configuring portal branding and customizing emails.
Accessing Account:
To begin, access the Account module by either clicking on the Account option in the top header navigation bar or by selecting the Account tile found on the Overview page.
Portal Branding:
Personalize your ThriveSparrow account's appearance with custom branding, reflecting your unique brand style.
- Inside Account, you'll find the Portal Branding tab on the side navigation bar. Click on it to begin customizing.
- To change the logo, locate the image button below the logo section. Click on it. You'll be prompted to upload your logo files. Ensure you have either a .jpg or .png file ready, with dimensions of at least 40x40 pixels. Select your files and upload them.
- For the favicon (the small icon displayed in the browser tab), find the image button below the favicon section. Click on it. Upload your .jpg and .png files, making sure they are sized at 32x32 pixels.
Email Settings:
Tailor your email communication to match your brand's identity.
- Begin by navigating to your Account through the top navigation bar. Locate and click on Email Settings on the side navigation bar.
- By default, emails are dispatched from ‘your-company@mailer.thrivesparrow.com’. However, you can infuse your brand's character into it. Click on Customize to personalize your sender details.
- Enter the desired email and name you want recipients to see. Secure your changes by clicking Save.
- Now, it's verification time. If domain access is an issue, connect with your IT team to verify the details. Then, click Verify Records.
