Creating Custom Domain

In this article, we'll walk you through the simple steps to create a custom domain in ThriveSparrow. Custom domains add a personal touch to your account, let's get started!

Access Your Account:

• Begin by navigating to your Account using the top navigation bar in ThriveSparrow. 
• Inside your Account, you'll find yourself on the General tab. If you'd like to learn more about configuring General settings, you can explore it further here.

Locate Custom Domain:

• You’ll find the Custom Domain section on the bottom of the General section as you scroll down.
• Click on the Add Custom Domain button to begin. This is where you'll set up your custom domain.

Create Your Custom Domain:

• To create your custom domain, enter the domain of your choice into the provided text box. 
• After entering your desired custom domain, click the Confirm button.

Verification Process:

• You'll then see a Verify Records pop-up.
• To complete the verification process, you'll need to verify the details with your domain provider. If you don't have access to these details, don't worry. Reach out to your IT team for assistance.
• Once you've verified the necessary records, hit the Verify Records button. This step finalizes the custom domain creation process.
