Data issues are the missing items in employee records, and can occasionally occur in your organization's employee directory. ThriveSparrow makes it easy to identify and resolve these issues. Here's a simple guide on how to manage data issues:
Access the People Module:
To begin, access the People module by clicking on the People tab in the top navigation bar, hitting on the Get Started button or selecting the Employees tile on the Overview page.
Locate Data Issues:
- On the side navigation bar, you'll find a section for Data Issues, if any exist. Click on the specific data issue that you want to address.
- You'll see a list of employees for whom the particular data issue exists.
Resolve Individually or in Bulk:
You have two options to resolve these data issues:
Resolve Individually:
- Select an employee from the list and choose the missing data from the dropdown menu. Then, click to apply the data individually.
Bulk Assignment:
- Check the boxes next to the employees for whom you want to assign the missing data.
- After selecting the employees, click the Bulk Assign button.
- Choose the missing data item you wish to assign to the selected group of employees.
- Click Assign to complete the process.
