To efficiently manage Employee Properties within your organization, follow these steps:
Accessing the People Module:
You can get started by accessing the People module in three ways: On the Overview screen, click on People in the top navigation bar, the Get Started button, or the Employees tile.
Navigating to the Properties Tab:
Once you're in the People module, locate and click on the Properties tab in the side navigation bar.
Editing Existing Properties:
To edit any existing property,
- Hover over the property you wish to edit.
- An edit icon will appear; click on it.
- Now you’ll see a pop-up window, allowing you to edit the display label and provide optional hint text.
- After making your changes, click the Save Property button.
Adding a New Property:
To add a new property,
- Click on the New Property button.
- You'll see a dropdown with various property types; select your preferred type.
- In the pop-up, add the display label and, if needed, hint text.
- Confirm your changes by clicking the Save Property button.
Toggling Properties On or Off:
- You have the option to enable or disable properties as needed.
- Toggle them on or off depending on whether you want to include them as part of the employee's profile.
