Accessing the Surveys Module:
- Begin your journey by accessing the Surveys Module in ThriveSparrow. There are two simple ways to do this: either click Surveys on the top navigation bar or select the Surveys tile from the Overview page.
- Once you're inside the Surveys Module, you'll discover the Question Banks tab conveniently located on the side navigation bar.
Exploring Default Question Banks
Inside the Question Banks tab, you'll encounter a list of default question banks. You can easily view the content of any question bank by simply clicking on it.
Creating Your Custom Question Bank
- To tailor question banks to your organization's specific needs, you can create custom question banks.
- Click on the New Catalogue button to get started.
- Here, you can provide a title, description, and even add a touch of style by incorporating an image and an emoji.
- Once you're satisfied with your settings, hit Save and add questions to continue.
Adding Questions to Your Custom Question Bank
- Type in your questions one by one, and select the question type from the dropdown menu. If desired, you can offer additional context by adding a question hint.
- Once you've added a question, press Enter on your keyboard to save it.
- Feel free to add as many questions as you need, and rest assured that your catalogue will be automatically saved.
Managing Your Custom Catalogues
You have the flexibility to duplicate or delete a custom catalogue at any time.
- Simply hover over the catalogue row, and click on the three-dot menu.
- Depending on your needs, you can choose to Duplicate Catalogue or Delete Catalogue.
