Accessing the People Module:
You can get started by accessing the People module in three ways: On the Overview screen, click on People in the top navigation bar, the Get Started button, or the Employees tile.
Navigating the Employees Section:
Upon arrival, you'll find yourself in the Employees section of the People module. This is your hub for efficiently managing your organization's workforce.
Overview of Employee Tabs:
- The first tab, Active displays data for employees who are currently active and invited.
- The Invite Not Sent tab lists employees who are onboarded but haven't received an invite to set up their accounts yet.
- The Deactivated tab includes a list of employees who have been deactivated.
Here, you can get an overview of employees, including their departments, managers, designations, and status details.
Accessing Employee Details:
Click on any employee's row to access their full details.
Efficient Filtering:
You can streamline your employee search by selecting the filter icon. This allows you to filter employees by departments, designations, and status.
Resending Invites:
If you need to resend invites to all employees, click on the three dots and select Resend Invites to All. Confirm your action by clicking Yes, Proceed when prompted.
Adding Employees:
To add new employees, click on the Add Employees dropdown button and choose either Add Manually or Import from CSV accordingly. To learn more, click [here]
