This feature allows you to designate employees who have the privilege to fulfil reward redemption requests. Let’s see how.
Access the Kudos Module:
To get started, simply click on the Kudos option in the header navigation bar at the top or select the Kudos tile on the Overview page.
Navigate to the Moderation Section:
Once in the Kudos module, find the moderation section by clicking on the Moderation tab in the side navigation bar.
View Default Approvers
- In the moderation section, you'll see that admins are set as default approvers.
- Please note that you won't be able to delete them directly. If needed, you should change their role first.
Add New Approvers
- To add new approvers, simply search by name or email in the text box provided.
- Select the employee you want to grant the privilege of fulfilling reward requests, and they’ll be added to the list.
Save Your Changes
After selecting the employee, click the Update button to save your changes.
